Travelling with disability

Travelers with need for assistance in the event of a disability or reduced mobility are entitled to assistance at the airport. In order for the assistance, you need to make some preparations before your trip.

1. Reserve assistance when you book your trip directly at the tour operator.
2. Get to the airport well in advance.
3. Announce your arrival to the staff at check-in.

The passenger terminal is a single-storey building with disabled toilets in the check-in hall and the departure/arrival hall. Wheelchairs are available to borrow on departure and arrival. We provide attendance to and from the aircraft, as well as carry chairs and help to carry.

Announce your arrival at least one hour before departure for best service. You will find signed meetings points set up at Örebro Airport, indoors and outdoors. You find these outdoor at the departurehall entrance, outside the arrivals hall and indoor at the Servicecenter desk. The meeting points are signposted.

At the airport you find disabled parking for short-term and long-term parking in close proximity to the terminal. comfortable boarding with ambulift

At Örebro Airport there is a high and lowerable Ambulift transport that provides a comfortable and safe boarding. We will assist you with escort to and from the aircraft and provide carrier assistance.
